Impersonating a union to deceive workers is not protected speech; it’s wrong. Yet, anti-labor groups have been caught impersonating unions — sending fake communications under union names to confuse members, disrupt organizing and undermine the trust between workers and the organizations that represent them. They do it by mail, email, phone and social media. And right now, there is no clear law to stop them.

TAKE ACTION! Tell your legislators it’s time to close this loophole and protect workers from those who would mislead them.
