Probationary Teachers will be notified in writing by the principal of non-recommendation for continued employment not later than March 1, except that for the final probationary year, the teacher will be notified of such non-recommendation by March 1 if the probationary period begins on September 1, and in all other cases not later than three (3) months prior to the expiration of probationary period.
